For community builders

Run your community like a 10-person team.

Launch an event and an assistant announces it, opens a waitlist when you're full, and answers member questions in your voice — in WhatsApp, around the clock. It feeds the tools you already use. It never replaces them.

The Brain

It starts knowing communities. Then it learns yours.

Not another automation tool. We study how real community builders run — how they launch events, answer members, and keep renewals from slipping — and build those patterns into your assistants. So the Brain starts knowing your world, then learns you as you train it.

Events launched · members answered · renewals saved

Pick what you run

Tell us what you run — your Brain arrives with a head start, not a blank page.

Make it yours

Refine it in your own words. AI tidies it up and flags what’s missing.

It keeps up

Change a price, add a product — every assistant has it next run.

Runs on-brand, everywhere

Support, booking, checkout — one Brain behind all of them.

Teach it once — and unlike a VA, what it learns never walks out the door.

Where every community leaks

The room fills. The work around it doesn't run itself.

We read real clubs, mail clubs, and event runs end to end — recurring dues, signup windows, ticketed nights. The room is the easy part. The same two leaks show up around it: renewals slip by hand, and a sold-out night has nowhere to send the overflow.

A member joins — then it leaks where the money and the next cycle live

renewals + the same questions, by hand

Billing lives on basic checkout with no renewal or winback flow, so a lapsed card is a silent lost member — and "is it too late to join?", "where's my box?", "what's the schedule?" get answered one DM at a time.

the ticketing tool quits after the sale

Luma or Linktree takes the ticket and walks away. No-shows bleed a free-RSVP list, a sold-out night has no waitlist to convert, and the next cycle re-markets to an audience that went cold.

The room is full. The renewal, the waitlist, and the next cycle still run on memory.

$530–1,100/mo a part-time VA to run the renewals, the member inbox, and the event comms — the band a club or event runner faces to hand it off.

What's shifting for community builders

Belonging is the product. The DMs are the bottleneck.

01

“DM a keyword to join” is the default front door now.

Comment- and DM-triggered waitlists have become the standard way creators open a community or event — native to the feed, zero infrastructure, and fulfilled entirely by hand.

02

The waitlist tools that won this category skip the channel founders actually use.

A whole “waitlist-as-a-service” layer now owns the drop-in signup — but every one of them is email-only, with no DM or WhatsApp path where the audience already lives.

waitlist-SaaS category — email-only, no DM signup path

03

Hosts are publicly steering inbound away from their DMs.

“Don’t DM us — comment for the form” is now said out loud by overwhelmed operators. The demand is there; the channel that captures it became the channel they can’t keep up with.

Who it's built for

A community runs more than one way.

One vertical, several operating shapes — dues clubs, public events, private circles. Each gets its own kit, built from how that community actually runs.

The club keeper

You run a recurring members club — renewals, questions, and churn, all by hand.

Every month you’re hoping the renewals math works out, answering the same member questions, and watching quiet churn you never get ahead of.

Renewals + member Q&A

The event runner

Building for you

You run recurring ticketed events — and the ticketing tool quits after the sale.

You rebuild the event page every cycle, bleed attendance to no-shows the tool does nothing about, and start each event from a cold list.

Event launch + waitlist

The private host

On the roadmap

You run invite-only circles — vetted, gated, white-glove.

Admission is vetted by hand — a public teaser, a private application, an off-platform back-and-forth before anyone’s in.

Qualify + admit

The loops a community runs every cycle

Set it once. Run it every renewal, every event.

Two loops carry most of the manual work — the recurring membership treadmill, and the launch-to-waitlist run for each event. Set them once; reuse them every cycle.

Every loop runs on what your assistant already knows — your members, your voice, your schedule — kept in its Brain, so you never re-explain it next cycle.

Your community operating system.

One brain, plus an assistant for each part of the operation — launch events, answer members. Teach the brain once, then turn on the assistants you need. Use one. Use them all.

Step 0

Start here — teach it your business once.

Your Brain is what makes every assistant do the work as you, not as a generic bot — your voice, your prices, your policies. Share what you have, let AI clean it up, teach it once. Add a product and every assistant knows it next run. Teach it once and the knowledge stays with your business — when a VA quits, it walks out the door; this stays.

The event-runner kit

Launch the event. Fight the no-shows.

Announce an event, open a waitlist when you fill, and keep the next one starting warm with everyone who missed the last — so attendance stops leaking.

How to start

Five steps. That's it.

No code. No setup nightmare. No learning curve.

Pick a goal

Browse assistants by what they do — launches, waitlists, bookings, support.

Personalize

It pulls what your Brain already knows, then you add the specifics — this launch’s dates, this product’s details.

Connect

Link the apps and payment it runs on. One screen, no API keys.

Try, then activate

Free test run in your voice. Happy? One click to go live, 24/7.

Watch in Pulse

Your control room — runs, status, and spend in one place.

How it runs

Run it like a team.

Same assistants. Every launch, season, and drop.

It's a team you build once — then reuse on your rhythm:

  • Save as your teamset up once, reuse every cycle — no rebuild
  • Spin up a variationone per product, season, or business line
  • Reactivate on demandquiet when you don't need it, ready when you do

Connecting WhatsApp

Connect WhatsApp in minutes.

WhatsApp is where your customers talk. Getting your assistant onto it is the easy part.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost?

Pay per run — you see each assistant's price before you activate it. A "run" is one member question answered, one broadcast sent. No monthly fee. If it doesn't run, you don't pay.

Where does my member list live?

In your Google Sheets. We read from it and write back. Nothing gets copied or locked into MystFlo. If you leave, your list is still yours.

What if someone asks the assistant something it doesn't know?

It says so honestly, and flags it to you. You answer once, save it to your knowledge doc, and the assistant has it for next time.

Can I pause it between events?

Yes. Pause anytime. You only pay for runs, so there's no cost when it's paused.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Connect your WhatsApp, your Google Sheet, and Stripe. Activate. Done.

Can I customize the voice?

Yes. Every assistant has editable templates. Your community name, your tone, your rules. The voice stays yours — not a generic auto-reply.

What apps does it connect to?

WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and Stripe. Don't see your tool? We add more on request.

How long does setup take?

Around 20 minutes the first time. Most of it is connecting your apps. After that, activating each assistant takes a few clicks.

What is MystFlo?

Pre-built assistants for solo founders — not humans, not generic auto-replies. They take bookings, chase payments, and answer support 24/7 across the tools you already use. Each one runs on a Brain that knows your business and sounds like you, so the work gets done the way only you would do it. Use one or all. Pay per run.

What are MystFlo assistants?

Pre-built assistants that do the operational work for you — take bookings, chase payments, open waitlists, and answer support 24/7, across the tools you already use. Not chatbots that just reply, and not humans you have to train and manage. You pick the ones you need, connect your apps, and they run on their own. Use one or all.

Who is it for?

Founders with real traction but no system — the work works, but it runs on your memory, a messy inbox, and half-documented steps. Retreat hosts, makers, workshop and experience hosts, community builders. If you've outgrown doing it all by hand, this is for you.

Do I need technical skills?

No. Three steps: connect, configure, activate. Everything is pre-built — no code, no logic to set up.

How is this different from hiring a VA or doing it myself?

Doing it yourself doesn't scale, and it lives in your memory. A VA takes weeks to train — and when they quit, the knowledge walks out and you start over. MystFlo keeps it in the Brain: teach it once, and it doesn't churn, doesn't need managing, doesn't forget. It runs the operation 24/7 across your tools — your business runs like a 10-person team, without the headcount.

How is this different from ManyChat or Meta's AI?

Those answer a DM and hand off a link. MystFlo keeps going — it takes the booking, chases the deposit, opens the waitlist, and sends the reminders, across the tools you already use. The reply isn't the product. The operation is.

How is this different from Zapier or automation builders?

Automation builders hand you a blank canvas — wire the logic, maintain it, fix it every time an app changes. MystFlo comes pre-built and stateful: it takes the actual conversation and does the operation across your tools. And every assistant runs on your Brain, so it works the way you would — not a generic rule.

Are these just generic templates?

No. Each one is built from how real businesses in your world actually run — how they book, charge, and follow up — tested with real founders before we ship it. The patterns that work come built in. They sharpen as more founders use them.

What's the Brain?

The Brain is what makes your assistants yours. It starts knowing how businesses like yours run — how they book, charge, and follow up — then learns your specifics as you teach it: your voice, prices, policies. Every assistant reads from it, so they all run as you, not as a generic auto-reply.

How does it sound like me?

You teach it your voice once — paste a few examples, answer a couple of prompts — and it carries that tone across every reply and message. Not robotic, not generic. The way you'd actually say it.

Do I have to set it up again later?

No. Teach it once and it holds. The Brain remembers your business across every run and every pause — unlike a VA, what it learns never walks out the door. If something it relies on changes, it tells you exactly what to top up instead of going blank.

How do assistants work?

Browse assistants, connect your apps, configure your settings, and activate. Once live, they run on triggers automatically — no babysitting required.

What's the difference between AI and AUTO?

AUTO runs on rules — if this, do that. AI generates content. AI+AUTO combines both. Right tool for the job: simple automation when it works, AI when you need it.

Can I customize assistants?

Yes — each assistant has configurable settings, and you teach the Brain your voice, prices, and policies. Fully custom assistants are coming later.

What happens if something breaks?

Assistants auto-pause on errors. You get email alerts, budget protection kicks in, and your dashboard shows fix buttons. No silent failures.

How does pricing work?

Pay per run — from $0.20, depending on the assistant. Most run well under a dollar; a few generators that produce a full deliverable run up to $5. No subscriptions, no minimums, no contracts. If it doesn't run, you don't pay.

What counts as a run?

One run = one completed task. For chat assistants, that's one conversation. For generators, one output. For automations, one event. You're billed when the assistant finishes — if it errors out before finishing, you're not charged.

What are the external costs?

MystFlo charges per run. App costs (WhatsApp, Stripe) bill to your own connected accounts. AI runs on MystFlo by default — charged per run, no key to set up — or connect your own AI key and those costs go straight to your account. No markup in between.

Can I try before I pay?

Yes. Browse all assistants as a guest. When you activate, you get a free preview run to make sure it works before going live.

What apps and tools does it work with?

The tools you already run on: WhatsApp first, plus Stripe, Google, and more on the way. Assistants read and write across all of them, so the booking, the payment, and the follow-up stay in sync. Your tools stay the system of record — MystFlo feeds them, never replaces them. Each assistant shows which apps it needs before you activate.

Do you support WhatsApp?

Yes — WhatsApp is the channel MystFlo runs on first. Assistants take bookings, chase payments, and answer support right in WhatsApp, then act across your other tools. Connecting takes minutes — no developer account needed.

Can I use MystFlo with my existing WhatsApp Business account?

Yes. If you already run a WhatsApp Business account, you keep your number and your chat history through WhatsApp coexistence — MystFlo's automation runs on top, and you can still reply by hand from your phone. A brand-new or lightly-used account may need a few days of activity before WhatsApp allows it.

How do you protect my data and my customers’ privacy?

Your data is yours: we encrypt it, never sell it, and you can leave with it anytime. Your customers' chats stay private — we don't read them, sell them, or train models on them. Every account is fully isolated. Privacy is a line we won't cross, not a setting you have to find.

Can anyone read my WhatsApp chats?

No. Conversations with your customers are yours. Assistants use only what they need to do the job — take the booking, answer the question — and nothing more. We don't read, sell, or train on your chats.

How do you make sure an assistant actually works before I rely on it?

We don't ship one until it performs. Every assistant is tested against a real accuracy bar for its job — and refined with real founders — before it goes live. If it's not genuinely good at the work, it doesn't get released. You shouldn't have to babysit something that half-works.
